WE JUST PAID YOUR RENT. MERRY CHRISTMAS – TERMS & CONDITIONS (UPDATED)

This promotion is operated by Il Locale TM Pty Ltd (“Il Locale”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Eligibility

  1. Open to Western Australian residents aged 16+.

  2. Employees or immediate family of Il Locale Team are not eligible.

  3. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Enter

  1. Every pizza purchased from any Il Locale store or online counts as one (1) entry into the competition.

  2. Example: An order containing 10 pizzas = 10 entries.

  3. Entries valid from 5th December 2025 to 31st December 2025 at 11:59pm AWST.

  4. Entries do not roll over into future giveaways.

  5. Drinks, sides, merchandise, or non-pizza items do not count as entries.

3. Prize

The winner will receive:

A. Rent Payment – Up to $3,000 AUD

  1. Il Locale will contribute up to $3,000 AUD toward the winner’s rent.

  2. Rent will be paid directly to the winner’s Personnal Bank Account or reimbursed upon valid documentation.

  3. If the winner’s rent is less than $3,000, only the actual amount will be paid we will ask for a mortgage statement or rental statement.

  4. Rent contribution cannot exceed $3,000.

B. One (1) Free Pizza Per Night for January 2026

  1. The winner receives one (1) free standard pizza per night from 1st–31st January 2026.

  2. Pizzas must be picked up only from the winner’s closest Il Locale store (as determined by Il Locale).

  3. Delivery is not available for free pizzas.

  4. Missed daily pickups are forfeited and cannot be carried forward.

  5. Free pizzas cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

4. Winner Selection

  1. One (1) winner will be selected via random electronic draw on 1st January 2026.

  2. The winner will be contacted via phone, SMS, and/or email, and/or Instagram stories using details provided during ordering.

  3. The winner must respond within 48 hours, or a new winner may be selected.

  4. The judge’s decision is final.

5. Winner Requirements (Content Agreement)

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

  1. A recorded video handover of the prize.

  2. Photos for Il Locale’s marketing.

  3. A short interview about the experience.

  4. Granting Il Locale rights to use their name, suburb, photos, and video content for promotional purposes.

If the winner declines to participate in the content process, Il Locale may select a different winner.

6. Prize Delivery

  1. Il Locale will deliver the prize in person, including filming the handover.

  2. Recipient must provide valid ID and documentation of rent obligations.

  3. Rent payment will be processed within 14 days of validation.

  4. The free-pizza component will be activated via an account or digital code.

7. Verification

Il Locale may verify:

  • Order numbers

  • Receipts

  • Pizza quantities

  • Identity

  • Rent documents

Il Locale may disqualify entries containing false or incomplete information.

8. Privacy

  1. Personal information collected is used solely for:

    • Running the promotion

    • Contacting the winner

    • Future Il Locale updates

  2. Information will not be shared or sold outside Il Locale.

9. Social Media Disclaimer (NEW — Required by Instagram/Meta)

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
Participants release these platforms from any liability related to the promotion.

10. General Conditions

  1. Il Locale may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Il Locale is not responsible for technical issues affecting entry submission.

  3. By entering, participants release Il Locale from liability related to participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited by law.
